SouthChampionshipLa Réserve Golf Links
La Réserve Golf Links at Heritage Golf Club delivers an unparalleled experience of pure golfing drama. Co-designed by Open Champion Louis Oosthuizen — who describes the site as "truly spectacular, dramatic, and quite unique" — the course plays hand-in-hand with nature alongside a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, offering panoramic ocean views from every single hole. Inspired by the wild open spaces of the great seaside links traditions, the course was sensitively developed on former sugarcane fields, now replanted with native grasses to create rich, rolling grasslands that encourage ecological diversity. Every step of the process has been carefully monitored with a view to achieving GEO Certified Development status, the global standard for sustainable course design and construction. Already a destination of international standing, La Réserve Golf Links hosted the DP World Tour 2023 Mauritius Open, cementing its place among the most exciting new courses in the world. An extraordinary setting, a championship pedigree, and an unwavering commitment to nature — your invitation to play awaits.

The island golf course is reachable only by a ‘special golf’ boat shuttle from its private jetty or by a scenic helicopter flip. This spectacular golf course in Mauritius covers 38 hectares of the iconic Ile aux Cerfs Island with the holes snaking along the preserved tropical flora and fauna of the island, boasting naturally in the undulating topography with volcanic rock outcrops, lakes and gullies.
